Used click and collect only had to wait a few minutes, which was amazing considering how busy the  drive through was

Big tasty is a cracking burger, bang on the money. Insane drive through queue looping the building, patients is required.  worth the wait.

The new queuing system was really well thought out and executed, the guys out front in terrible weather did a great job. Unfortunately staff got our order wrong and wouldn't rectify it unless we re-queued. Large fries...not large.

Bought a big tasty meal out was cold complained via email, Got a free meal guess what... No not cold but only luke warm. Won't be going back

Visited here today. It was super busy at the drive thru so went in store. A lovely female staff member saw me struggling to carry my order and helped me carry it all to my car!! Wonderful helper. Many Thanks

Would have given them 5 stars as everything was nice and hot and obviously freshly prepared however they didn't fill up my box of fries fully

Always reliable, you know it will be the same every time. Trying new things makes it more interesting.
