My number was 17 and I just bought around 13:05, only 20 minutes ago. As the pictures show, I bought a meal deal, that was medium fries and drink, but the chips obviously less than how many it should be, the staff make my drink fallen, causing about 1 cm lower than standard. My drink was in her hand, within the take away bag and on the table. She didn't apologize but directly went to serve next customer. No refilling, no apology, her attitude was very bad and rude.
Order was a state, forgot sauce for the nuggets, Big Mac had no cheese, coffee Luke warm after it had been sat made for 5 minutes….nnuber eats just barging in, being given priority….nnUtter joke
Jack offered an excellent service. When I approached him about a query regarding one of the burgers, he was happy to cater to my needs without hesitation. He was kind, polite and he wasted no time getting started on my order. You can tell he cares a lot about customer satisfaction, it shows in his actions and his demeanour. And to add the food was great. Thank you!!
Where to start…nThe food is consistently either stale or cold. Today I ordered via their app for delivery, and half of my order was missing. When I called to report it, the lady on the phone berated me, insisting she had packed everything. However, with anti-tamper stickers in place, it’s clear she simply forgot to include it.nnHonestly, if this branch weren’t attached to an ASDA, it would have closed years ago.nnTERRIBLE
