It’s my 6th order here and every time is something missing but today is not funny joke, I pay 25£ and only what I got is fries and drink XDnEVERYTHING WAS CLOSE IN THE BAG FROM MCDONALD so is not a some mistake from driver, is mistake from someone who packed the order
I'm leaving 1 star—not because of the food, but because doing your job properly matters. It was a night shift with barely any customers, so there's no reason mistakes like this should happen. When I got home, I realized part of my order was missing—and not something small, it was a full quarter pound burger. There's really no excuse for that kind of oversight when things are slow.
Easy to park and order with enough terminals available. We ordered via the app and the food arrived quickly.nStaff were very friendly and helpful, food and drink was the usual standard.nThe restaurant was very dirty though and can’t understand why a couple of staff were loitering around the customer side of the counter doing nothing, while areas close to them were clearly dirty and needed cleaning.nNo cleaning took place while we were there after diners finished their meal and left the table. A potential breeding ground to pass on viruses.nToo many convenient situated areas were reserved for staff and drivers, giving the feeling that they were more important than the customer.

This review is for a specific worker at this McDonald’s. I have been going to this McDonald’s for months and every time I go an older gentlemen named “Matthew” is always busy at work, he is extremely polite, welcoming, patient and good at his job. It was hard to even see his name tag due to him being on the move constantly. Absolutely amazing service
