This rating is based purely on the night time drive thru. Too many times this has been the only option anywhere close to me that's open to get anything to eat and too many times have they managed to completely screw up the food which is standard across McDonalds. Its almost as if the night crew are trying to keep people away through negative experience.nnIf you're driving, just go down to the road to solstice park.
40 minutes to wait with two children having ordered inside.. just eat Uber pushing to front constantly.nThe worst part is our wrap was another 50 minutes older than the order and belonged to another order. Was stone cold being 2 hours old by the time I ate see photos bought 8:52pm order 56, wrap order 22 at 8:01pm. Sorry McDonald's your not going to get money from me again
Today at lunch time, I've ordered wrap, chips & apple pie. The apple pie's discard time was already half an hour ago but still it was served to me. When I pointed out they said they will bring to my table in 5 min. But 20 min passed & no one came until I finished my food. At last I've to ask for refund because I was getting late.nVery bad service. The staff and manager need training on health & safety. & also time management.
Well, it's a mcdonalds, so you can pretty much get what you would expect in most mcdonalds. The parking is limited, and the drive thru is small but adequate. There is outdoor seating at the front, plus ground floor and upstairs seating. The upstairs is probably the best, with slightly better views out of the huge windows. There is a lift between the 2 floors as well as stairs, and there are activity booklets and crayons for kids. The toilets weren't the cleanest, with one of them not flushing at all, so loses 1 star. Ordering wasn't possible from the counter, it was self ordering touch screens only, of which 2 were out of order, so there was a queue to order, plus the printer wasn't working so you have to remember your order number before it disappears off the screen.
Easy to park and order with enough terminals available. We ordered via the app and the food arrived quickly.nStaff were very friendly and helpful, food and drink was the usual standard.nThe restaurant was very dirty though and can’t understand why a couple of staff were loitering around the customer side of the counter doing nothing, while areas close to them were clearly dirty and needed cleaning.nNo cleaning took place while we were there after diners finished their meal and left the table. A potential breeding ground to pass on viruses.nToo many convenient situated areas were reserved for staff and drivers, giving the feeling that they were more important than the customer.
