The ones preparing the food had no gloves, no hair protection and were touching the food on their clothes absolutely disgusting. For such a big company they should have a rule for wearing gloves with food. And the way they assemble your sandwiches is miserable.
Slow service. Cold food especially fries Filthy lobby roof, which is beyond McDonald's control, but they really should fight for a cleaner lobby given they are probably paying a huge service chargeFood: 3/5

I can't believe the week before Xmas and mcdonalds in West Quay isn't open till 11 o'clock. The amount of people turning away is shocking ....obviously they don't need to money
Located in mall food court, place is quite busy, but very efficient. Place your order on order board and they call your number within a couple minutes. Friendly and helpful assistance as well. Plenty of seating.
On an incredibly hectic session, well done to everyone for making it move smoothly. Crowns and colouring certainly helped. A much better experience than last time despite the footfall.
As always great service ! Very impressed with Rickki she’s very kind and always with smile face she’s ready to help anytime and she have Problem-Solving Skills , Clear Communication, Friendly Attitude, she’s fabulous!!
If you are happy to eat soggy cardboard in a slushy sauce with salad, then this was good.

Manager 'Dean', on name tag incredibly rude to employee serving us. I heard the following phrases from him: "Where has that order gone, who have you given it to, you need to tell me now who you've given it to", very loudly, in front of everyone, clearly trying to belittle the guy who had made a mistake. And following that: "Try not to give this order to the wrong people, this time." Absolutely appalling behaviour from this guy, Dean. Should be absolutely ashamed; BLATANT workplace bullying. Disgusting. I wanted to say something at the time but it was incredibly busy and my partner was with me. I will, however, be trying to highlight this to someone more senior at McDonald's. Vile.
