Fantastic customer service. Although they were unable to supply us with a suitable car battery due to size required and short notice, they went above and beyond to get our car running again by helping us with a power pack and got us back on the road. Thank you so much. Your kindness was very much appreciated. Btw Your colleagues in Perth where equally helpful and changed our battery
Pretty terrible service received - I dropped off 4 new tyres to be fitted to rims - i was told that one of the new tyres was damaged by careless storage however the bead was torn due to a poor attempted installation. The other 3 tyres were fitted without new valves and one is leaking from an old valve. Would not recommend.
Poor poor poor!!!!!!!!! Booked car in to get two new tyres, Went down with the car to get fitted and the first guy had no idea what I was on about! Then waited 15 minutes on Chris i think who is the manager to appear, this is the guy I booked it in with for him to say was it booked in? Then he looked up and said oh yes it was but he did not have the tyres on site. Not even got the decency to call to say the tyres had not arrived, very poor service. Will never use this place again. Absolutely no customer service at all not what you would expect from halfords, Will I call you tomorrow if the tyres arrive? Let me think eh NO !!!!!!!!!!!
Avoid at any cost, 0 customer service.. the manager called me a liar refusing to do any jobs even refused the tyre warranty.
Excellent. Very friendly and good advice. Make a woman feel confident that they are trustworthy. No extra extortionate charges . Explain and show what has to be repaired and why. Very impressed with this branch and the team.
Fantastic service from this branch today. Such an asset having this right on our doorstep. Great staff and the manager Brian is an asset to your company. Friendly, knowledgeable and with a great sense of humour to boot. Can't fault it.
If could give less than 1 star I would. M.o.t recently done here and was told coils on car would need done soon was quoted a ridiculous price so tried a different garage whose quote was half the price!!! So took it to them only to be told that my coils were perfectly fine!!!! Halfords you are total rip of merchants
Not once have I asked for a job to be done here, whether a puncture repair or an alignment and not had the answer "no chance, not a chance mate.". No idea how they manage to stay in business.
I had the worst experience getting my MOT here. They would not answer my questions when I asked them to clarify what it had failed on. Despite me asking a question several times they would not give clear answers. They told be a huge list of things it had failed on, starting with all brake discs. However when they finally gave me the MOT paperwork these were just advisories. They also insisted that my handbrake cable had snapped despite me telling them it was just frozen because of the extreme temperatures. My quote for repairs was in excess of £2000 and I left there ready to scrap the car. They left my handbrake lever in pieces and the handbrake sensor disconnected also. I went to another garage on the recommendation of a friend and my final bill for all repairs and a new MOT was less than £300. I could have gone back to Halfords for a free retest but there is no way I would trust them. Oh, and there was nothing wrong with my handbrake cable, It had indeed just froze.
Zero stars would be better. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Think you should go back to fitting tyres and let someone else do the customer service. My mother and friend arrived to get price for tyres. If this was the manager that dealt with my mother . You better be ashamed of yourself. On the phone not to a customer but a friend and speaking about a friend but won't share the pleasant details. Would have been a good days business for them. Someone else will appreciate it.
