Already not the friendly shop it used to be after my visit yesterday as Morrison’s are taking over and my assistance dog wont be allowed. Sad really as I probably won’t go there much and a lot of people are saying the same thing. Sign of the times really as when a big unfriendly store takes over a smaller store the attitudes of the staff go downhill.Can’t leave my dog outside so I can’t go in. Such a shame. Take my custom elsewhere.

Most friendly helpful staff. This was my local, and I still choose to shop here even though I have moved to the other side of town. The staff are so friendly and attentive. All couldn’t help enough! Can’t recommend enough, and we will continue to visit here
5 stars from me, staff always have time to help, always smile and make you feel welcome. Good range of products, and if you can't get something you want, the manager always tries to get it in for you. This little shop shows what true customer service is! Well done to them all.
This was a great shop when it was a co-op but since the change it has gone down hill. Alot of the new staff are rude and unhelpful. The shop is quite often dirty and one staff member in particular always smells of alcohol. I avoid this place at all costs and go to the post office shop at the top of north road where I find the staff nicer and the prices cheaper plus you get a better selection of goods too!

What a fabulous local store . Stocks such a great selection and staff friendly and helpful. This is definitely a 5 shop . Wonderful to see local shops looking out for there local community in the lockdown. Thank you McColls
Staff could not be more helpful or friendly. However shelves are empty a lot of the time. Milk constantly goes off well before date. If they get a delivery during the day shutters come down for half hour.
North road mcolls, absolutely spot on this shop, always welcomed with smiling faces and a warm welcome. They have been a blessing in discuise through the pandemic, and nothing is too much for them!
The North road McColls Staff have worked amazingly throughout lock down, even at scary times you are introduced with a warm smile and a friendly conversation.
