this morrisons & post office is so convenient but my god will someone ask the staff to smile they are so abrupt and have no shred of customer service skill in them!

Unfortunately the last two times I’ve been here I’ve noticed expired food products on display from yesterday’s date.

i usually use this shop is it’s over the road from my house. went in today, someone i didn’t recognise working. put my stuff on the till and asked for a bag, she scanned my stuff and bagged it but didn’t bag my burger, yet still charged me £2.50 for it. didn’t give me a receipt despite asking for one as-well so have no way to prove to her.

The staff are very slow, inefficient and generally unhelpful in this branch. On several occasions I've witnessed long queues or customers simply being ignored as they wait at the tills.

A lot of the fridges holding drinks don't work. So don't come here expecting a cold drink. The fridges have been broken for a significant amount of time and management don't seem interested in resolving. Also the ice-cream fridge doesn't have ice-cream, potato products like roast potatoes and chips.
