Super rude member of staff. She wouldn’t greet me and didn’t let me buy a bottle of wine because I didn’t have an ID with me when I am 33 years old. I offered to show my passport on a pdf document but she refused and asked me to put the bottle back. Very rude and unwelcoming.

The doors are randomly closed  during a day or evening unable to collect parcels  or use post office will have to avoid using this spot

Not sure what's going on with this shop as regards the delivery system but it always has large blank spaces on the shelves and there's never even one item in the freezers! The last few times I've been in there recently they don't even have any bags! Most of the staff are lovely apart from one lady always wears a face mask and rubber gloves who always speaks to everyone like they're stupid and just dirt on her shoe. Very patronising and rude.

Tried to use it for Evri parcels several times and encountered many problems such as staff not being able to use the machine, staff not having scanned parcels that have arrived. And the post office being shut which meant I wasn't able to collect my own Evri parcel, despite it being there. And Evri not being part of the post office. In my opinion if they can't manage Evri they should stop offering the service and causing people to waste so many journeys going to the shop.

It opened on Friday, it looked good refurbed and sorted nice varied selection of goods on offer and I was enjoying the experience but then at cash out it all went sour for me, I’m an old school customer and always at cash outs say hi or good morning how are you and so on but was faced with silence and a look like the cashier  tagged as manager  had just bitten into a lemon  not an exaggeration I assure you , a curt “ is that all “. I wasn’t going to give up so on leaving the till I said thank you, take care and she simply said “ next “.  I didn’t give up putting the experience down to being a busy morning  although it wasn’t busy in the shop at the time  and so went back for some essentials today Easter Sunday, suffice to say she must have a bulk supply of lemons!nA shame as being  ignorant has no excuse thus 3 star for the shop itself and the young lady, a former Mc Calls member of staff who was stocking the shelves etc.
