New hot food unit totally unappetising. Never have I been in a store with such overcooked hot food. Nicely browned to an almost mahogany, it looks like it's been extinguished by a fireman than cooked for public sale. While I eat anything, this is so over-browned if it was the only available food on a desert island I think I'd rather starve. However, it is conveniently sited next to the slushie machine so if it does get a degree or two warmer and spontaneously combust we could put it out with the slushie. I'd love Gordon Ramsey to evaluate the hot food from this cabinet, as I'm sure even he will run out of expletives! The only plus is the food being so unappealing and unappetising means I'll save some money and hopefully lose a few pounds. Pounds in weight that is, not the pounds in money I'd have to spend on Gaviscon if I dared risk eating these partially chared monstrosities that you jokingly call food!nnStaff lovely, non-cremated i.e. unheated food options are good, service is good.nnSome staff seem proficient with the Post Office computer screen and Royal Mail services, others do not. You've invested in a new facia with a new logo, now time to invest in training your staff. Few minutes earlier I deposited money . The two unfriendly stuff right their .Their behave made me unhappy .I know the manager and Sam and another guy.Those people are very awesome and friendly.
Always helpful and friendly, and the addition of the Post Office counter makes it easier to pay in cash to my business account.
The manager with the blonde hair think her name was Harriet was rude and abrupt to a pregnant lady while she had her two children and even threatened her so I’ll never shop in McColls again and I’ll advise anyone else the same
