I have mixed review and experience of this store depending on who's serving, some cant be bothered to even be there and make you feel bad for needing assistance, all the young members of staff have always been very pleasant and helpful to me. The dark haired lady who works inside the evening can't remember her name but she's lovely and so helpful she even helped me when I was stressed and worried trying to get my disabled sons electricity in time on a key she took time to chat and reasurre me, and even made me smile and laugh. I don't live locally but it's a shop that isn't handy for a wide range of goods and services. I'm very glad I don't see the dark haired lady who worked in post office in covid time's she was so rude and sometimes fairly aggressive to customers which I saw on numerous occasions.

I went to the Post Office on Tuesday 7 March 2023, after the Post Office at Earlham House had  been very unhelpful the day previous. The parcel I needed to send had been partially opened by the depot in Belfast and I was under pressure to get the parcel sent to a person I was working with in a different part of the Country. Wendy, who works in the Post Office on Colman Road could not have been more helpful. She re taped the box where the depot has opened it and re labelled it, it took under a minute, so unclear why Earlham House had found the task so bothersome. Wendy listened to what had occurred and was sympathetic and very professional. So much so, that I will always be using McColls on Coleman Road from now on. McColls, your staff member Wendy, was outstanding, please thank her from myself as she has literally helped change the life of a young person.

Interesting how bad reviews this place has.  Front door wasn’t working….. staff were unhelpful and incompetent.  Queues are a mess and mix together.

The two blonde ladies in here are so rude ,slow and horrible, the way they speek to people is horrible. Swearing at each other behind the counter when I had my young child with me. Will not be useing this shop ever agane shame as very local to me but the way the staff are surprised they have any customers at all who ever runs this place seriously needs to look at the staff and the way they treat people.

Good store, but do not use the post office; Items I posted through there of which some of them were recorded delivery never arrived and it was on several occasions. The staff there need to be trained,  as each time I was there to send a post they had no clue what they were doing. DO NOT USE THE POST OFFICE??? GO TO THE UEA instead.

Staff are extremely aggressive towards all younger aged people. Just wanted to post some packages and was shouted at for coming into the store when two older people skipped the queue and walked straight in and they didn't even get a warning. Never going here again.

I just want to echo Jane's sentiments, extremely rude and unpleasant staff who clearly couldn't care less about service. I can confirm the scowls, looking you up and down and general contempt is palpable. Shame on you, won't be back.

Absolutely love the two main ladies, they are always happy and welcoming! Good range of foods, good customer service
