The worst company ever! We live in Brentford lock west london. Customer service EXTREMELY poor, not responsive, not professional. So many other residents are facing the same issues. We have an issue that’s been ongoing for almost two years…… email correspondence is so poor, they cancel appointments without even letting you know just to name a few. Overall APPALLING, and still waiting for someone to contact us!
Receptionist extremely rude. She kept interrupting me throughout the whole conversation and then hung up on me while I was in the middle of thanking her. Very poor customer service from this company due to receptionist
