We had an excellent experience here. We had a customization that the kiosk wouldn't allow. When we went to the counter we were cheerfully greeted by a manager, Karen. She helped us with what we needed which was definitely something best handled at the counter. Being on vacation from America we got into a conversation about Northern Ireland too since they had no other customers at the time. She was SUPER friendly!!!! Our food was above standards for a regular McDonald's as well. It was very clean including the front outside seating and inside. Hats off to a great place AND Karen.
We ordered through Just Eat and received everything perfectly apart from the Fanta drink which had bits of debris or something. But overall everything was good.
Very good service, comfortable environment! Not to mention the food is delicious, would come here again!! BadahBaBaBahhh

Very busy but tasty McDonald's - food is fast, clean and usually hot. They also rarely get your order wrong, which is good in my experience!Food: 5/5
I was charged twice at the drive thru. Rang to fix this and was told that unless I came back there was nothing they could do. That’s a form of theft. Nobody turns back on a motorway for that.
What has happened to McDonald's Sprucefield??? Waited 45 mins for food which had items missing and customisations ignored!! Food was freezing and thrown out. This has happened too many times lately and was never like this.

Ordered hot chocolate and latte with food and both tasted awful and were basically hot water with a weird flavour.Has happened before as well.Disappointing.
service diabolical,Saturday 1st October 2022, waited 30 minutes to get breakfast food and it was just organised kiosk!! won't be going back in a hurry. Manager didn't care need to organise his team better for a better service
