Had a bad experience trying to get my life supporting medication on several occasions. Rude receptionist, unhelpful paramedics, doctors are nice but it’s never possible to get through to them as the particular receptionist will do everything to not help you get an appointment or your medication. Very disappointed.
Trying get an appointment is like being interrogated!!. A few times ive just either not bothered to ring or even given up with trying to have an appointment. Plus being given a telephone appointment 3 weeks ahead just forces people to other avenues. Tried to get a blood test that doctor asked for 5th September is next available. So i have to suffer for yet another 4 weeks! Ontop of the previous 6 weeks!
Brilliant doctors, we are new to the area , my husband is terminal, they treat him with such care and respect, I couldn't ask for better .
Worse doctors ever very rude very aggressive towards patients don't care if your example from using a mask basically if you don't use a mask then you have to rearrange your appointment ... they need to learn about being respectful about people's conditions and not treat adults like children and on top of that it has took them 3 years to get my grandsons operation appointment for something which should of been done when he was a baby don't use this surgery unless you want abuse from the staff I wouldn't of even given one star but had to do something to leave a review
Treatment vise is ok, doctors are polite, ready to help. Unfortunately the wolds rudest receptionist is working there and it's makes it difficult each time.

I'm proud to have Maywood as my surgery, they've looked after my wife and I for many years. No problem is too small and a doctor will always get back to you! Special mention for Dr. Bob, one of the most helpful and efficient doctors we've had the pleasure to know.

Not on my behalf its my partner. Who cannot wear a mask and suffers from mental health and has to wait at the back of the building all because she cannot wear a mask. She hasnt been able to see someone properly since covid came about. And her mental health has been affected by this and her health. Im appalled how people who are exempt are treated at maywood.
Would be 5 stars but.no drinking water for patients.
