The staff are lovely, very helpful and chatt6! The theatre is absolutely stunning. The access entrance is very well signposted and easy. The access loo is clean, has lots of space, a changing table, its everything an access loo should be. I travelled 5 hours to visit this theatre for a show and I absolutely loved my experience here and I would definitely visit again! Thank you, Team Mayflower!
Wonderful classic theatre. Prices are a tad on the expensive side. Balcony seats only have stair access so ensure you're capable of walking to the top.
Amazing venue, and a lot of touring West End shows make a stop here!nnI had to give 4 here because the culture of the people who visit this venue often lacks the appropriate respect they shall pay for the performers, the orchestra, and the audience; by making noise with snack packages you ain't gonna die if you won't snack for an hour, or if you have a medical condition, prefer snacks with silent packaging?, by checking their phones, by talking during one of the shows curtains were lowered but the orchestra was continuing with the music and people just started talking nonstop...some people truly do not know how to enjoy live orchestral music, and RESPECT the orchestra. If you are there for talking, GET OUT..nnThe venue really should take precautions. Holding up no phone no talking signs apparently are not enough. A loud announcement would be much better...

It was a great show, Uncanny 5 out of 5!, but the seats at the back are not exactly comfortable, being narrow and with very limited leg space. I'm not tall and weigh around 75 kg. Sound was nice clear, as was the view. The breeze from the aircon was quite uncomfortable but probably kept it from becoming too warm. If I went again I'd try sitting a bit closer. Venue was clean and queuing was controlled well. 3.5 stars would be more accurate...
