Based on the last 12 months. 

We order food from here quite regularly. Most of the food is spot on however sometimes they fail to deliver dishes without a specific food item. If I order a dish with no prawns then they can still deliver with prawns in. This has happened on several occasions which can be frustrating. The chips used to be amazing. Hot and crisp but lately they are Luke warm at best, stodgy and unappetising. There service is always polite and friendly even to the delivery driver. They do now charge £1.50 if you pay by card so if you have it delivered and pay over the phone using your card that’s an extra £3 to your bill which I think isn’t very fair to be penalised for using your card. I would still say this is the best Chinese in Malvern by far.
