Have used on many occasions previously with good reviews but this time DREADFUL! order was delivered, two meals one was not what we had ordered. Was disgusting and unrecognisable! Rang to complain and new order received. Was disgusting with chicken in thick black sauce. uneditable. Will never, never order from this takeaway again!
Shocking experience, delivery driver was nasty, paid for food over the phone, got half of it delivered, made a complaint, driver came back with the rest and stated I pay for it, cursed at me as I refused to pay any more money as it was already paid for, I will never use this restaurant again, my advise to you is to use it with extreme caution. Make sure you get what you pay for.
Absolutely useless. 2 1/2 hours for no delivery. Girl taking delivery was uninterested, didn't take full address, didn't take phone number. Rang after an hour to be told driver couldn't find us and they were waiting for me to ring them. Rang another hour and a half later to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Had to hang up and ring back to get someone just to cancel the order. The driver still turned up 10 minutes later and proceeded to argue about not having a number at the house. There are 3 very visible house numbers at the end of our lane. Had only heard mediocre reviews prior to ordering and now wouldn't recommend them at all. Worst service in the area.
Terrible service. Ordered dinner at 730 still at 9pm no order. Contact told delivery driver couldn't find us so just waiting on us ringing to find out where our order is. Told us fresh food would be delivered and then at 10pm still no food and when we rang were told oh we don't know where they're at. No apologies or anything. Ridiculous. Cancelled the order and got from somewhere else within 45 mins.
2 hours for non delivery, apparently couldn't find us . Eventually drove down and pretty sure they gave us the same order just reheated...staff seem uninterested and would rather chat and text on their phone. Food was mediocre Not a great start for a new customer
Great satay chicken one of the best I've had. For satay lovers it's the tastier Imo darker thicker sauce rather than the lighter more peanutty type . Portions were very good, I'm a big eater but one meal was enough to satisfy both me and my other half not busted full but enough for a dinner. Open on a Monday when everywhere else Crossgar, lucky boat, Ballygowan etc are all closed. Only marked down a star because I didn't fancy the salted chilli ribs. Beef a bit dry. Will definitely be back again.
Staff were ok and they take card which is definitely handy. When I walked in the place was empty. I ordered for myself and my partner cashew nut chicken and honey chilli chicken with extra veg. Food was pretty awful to be honest.
This is my regular Chinese takeaway. Food is great. However, just be sure that you get the right change....short changed twice in the last week. Young staff at desk.
Best chinese I've ever had. And the owner has an eidetic memory.
