Absolutely appalling service. I booked a taxi at 5pm on Friday for a pick up at 1am from Royal Tiger which is in the middle of nowhere. I had one missed call on my phone at 12:30am from an unknown number. At 1:20am I rung the taxi office and they advised there has not been a taxi sent out to me because I did not give my card details, I told the very rude lady the details were never requested from me. She said she tried to ring to get them but then could not answer as to why she did not request the details earlier at 5pm. I then asked when a taxi could come because I had 2% phone battery and I was on my own in the middle of nowhere. She said they would not send one out and she terminated the call. I am still shocked by the lady's attitude on the phone and the disgusting service provided.

Bad service I ordered a cab with 30min notice they did not show up or even answer calls. Due to that i was late for work.

Billericay to Brentwood to far for them to go. Recommend another firm for the job. Pure comedy.

Absolutely shocking service. Speeding and overtaking other drivers and being rude and picking us up late with no apology. This is all pre-paid absolutely atrocious service. Never again.
