Worst doctors I have ever used. Impossible to get a face to face appointment, even for a child. Takes about 3000 attempts to even get through to reception to speak to somebody and then all they can offer is a telephone appointment. If you miss the telephone call then thats it, the appointment is closed they won't try again. AVOID
Absolutely the worst doctors ever waited all evening for a phone call appointment on Thursday phone rings 19.43 2 mins before they close I answer the call I could hear the doctor or nurse on the phone they said hello a couple time and hung up, not once did they try to recall me, as it was obviously home time for them absolutely disgusting I would not recommend this doctors surgery to any one avoid at all costs.
Hands down got to be one of the worst doctors I’ve ever been to if you want to ring up 80 times to get an appointment then this is the perfect surgery for you only for them to answer eventually and say no appointments! Avoid like the plague terrible GP practice!
this has been my doctors all my life, after trying to get through for 2 hours only to be told i will have to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment is disgracefull, i am moving doctors immediately
I was a patient here between around 2009 - 2012, then I moved away from the area. I came back in 2019 and signed back up to the practice. I've always had very good care, found it easy to get a same day/next day appointment when necessary, and also able to book in advance to see a preferred GP.nnIn the last 3 .5 years my go-to GP has been Dr Aval. I've had several health problems over the years and have seen many GPs and I have to say Dr Aval has been superb. He's always listened to my concerns and taken my ideas and needs into consideration. He's been patient, sympathetic and supportive and has always treated me as an equal. Can't recommend highly enough.
