I’ve been doing CrossFit a few years now and always looking for protein and supplements. Found the shop perfect with a wide range of products drinks, bars, meal preps! Always good to have at home. Great staff very helpful and know what their taking about defo be going back!

I’ve recently got into training, looking after myself more and realised I needed some good advice on nutrition as I was struggling to balance work, everyday life and training at the same time. So a chance visit a short while ago was well worth it for me. Great advice a few weeks ago from the staff, friendly, helpful and the advice is working for me. Highly recommended
