I wish I can give 0 stars! Owner of this max Spielmann need to change the staff because have zero customers service and they are definitely racist! The price is crazy high but when you also find rude staff is a no no never again! I also can see from other reviews that I am not the only one that is saying this, avoid this place expecially if you are a foreign person.

Taken my baby today for the free shoot and picture and then paid for the £9.99 package for a further different pose. They printed all the same pose even though I was told 2 pick out 2. 1 for the free and 1 for the paid package. They did all the same pose. I went back to ask and wouldn't rectify the mistake they did. Whole experience in there from the 2 older lady's is blunt and rude. Its so rushed. I felt like an inconvenience to them. Even moaning that the phone was ringing. I get They can get busy but the customer service is shocking. Young lady who did my pictures is lovely.  Edit. I went to a different one after and they did the £9.99 package and framed all of them for me. I didn't know they did this as the walsall branch just put them all in a paper wallet. I asked and they said we always frame the packages ?? Why wasn't they framed or at least 1 of them at walsall branch?

Gem and Lou were the best pair of ladies I’ve come across, they were super friendly and we had a lovely time. They definitely deserve a raise!!!

I needed some pictures printed out but wasn't sure how to do it, Lou and Gemma were so helpful and talked me through it step by step. Lou went above and beyond she answered all my questions. It's nice seeing staff being helpful and having some fun.

Very unfriendly service.    They don't have patience, the fat ladies to take a photo of his passport. The lady who took the photo was very frank and unfriendly

Very unfriendly service! Took my 5yr old son in to take his passport picture. The lady who took the picture was very blunt and unfriendly. She didn't say a word to my son to make him feel comfortable or tell him how to position himself, she just took one picture of him slouching and showed us! Due to her attitude I didn't even want to ask her to retake but I wasn't happy with it so had to. It was myself that repositioned my son to look a bit better while she waited impatiently! Very disappointed in the service here. The other lady who took the payment was very nice but unfortunately I wouldn't rush back here or recommend the place due to that experience.

Went in yesterday to print off family photos, staff member Lou was very helpful helping with the machine,she went above and beyond and I'd like to say she is an asset to the company and this kind of customer service should be rewarded by the company. Best wishes to her hand of time

I visited the Walsall store today for passport photos with not much of a clue what to do but the girls took over and sorted everything out for me without hesitation. Really friendly nice staff thankyou girls

Do NOT print your documents off here. It's nearly £1 per page. Ridiculous prices and frankly rude customer service. You get ignored then not even told how the system works when they do acknowledge you. Don't come here, go to the library instead.

Excellent service everytime I visit .. staff go the extra mile.. Lou staff lax
