Second to none customer service. The flexibility & willingness to deliver customer satisfaction is so much appreciated after the anxiety ordering from Argos. These Lutterworth give an honest quote instead of winding me up with fake price promises. I aim to continue to buy local regardless of cheaper temptation elsewhere. I can rely on them to see a job through and source fittings that are not part of their original deal, and can now rely on these people to talk to me on a phone without going through a calling tree. Plus, you could end up getting Elvis as your installer. Top guys who deliver in all ways. Thank you.

Fantastic relaxed unpressured buying experience. Can't recommend highly enough Best electrical shop ever. No question unanswered or any problem unsolved they're just brilliant.
