amazing that I could ring and arrange an emergency appointment for my cat, who had been bitten, at 10.30pm. The guys there were excellent with my cat and took care of insurance papers as well.

Our dog had a small scratch on its eye. They persuaded my wife to spend £500 on eye drops. When that naturally failed  to have any effect they talked her into a £500 operation to fix the scratch by..scratching his eye. The dog doesn't even notice the small scratch. They are simply taking advantage of some people or they think we are the rockerfellers.

Thank you for saving Woody the Yorkshire terrier, he’s doing just great due to your expertise and wonderful care. He was straight in and seen too immediately, I just knew he was in safe professional hands! I didn’t think he would be going on his much loved walks ever again......it is the most wonderful sight to see him so happy and walking again! 100% recommend, as you were recommended to me when Woody was so poorly...

Our Cat Fifi has had a weeping eye problem which we read up online about and were worried. Mike who we saw was absolutely brilliant with her (usually she gets really scared and unsettled at vet practices). Mike calmed her down immediately and prescribed some drops which sorted the problem. Thanks again Maven

Generally a good place, however,  we were seen by a most unpleasant character, Dr Mike Baumann. Most vets are kind and caring, but this guy seems to have a general distaste for pets. I’ve never been asked by a vet to hold my pet down before, if anything, it only made my pet feel more nervous. Rather than consider our problems, he is commercial minded and makes suggestions to come back in for another visit for expensive invasive options, and refuses to entertain concerns upfront. Worst of all, he wraps things up quickly, and then proceeds to hastily rush us out the door. Not once did he even ask what my pet’s name was.
