Maurizio grew up in Italy with the aroma of tomato sauce simmering for hours in his mamma's kitchen. And of course, his love for cooking simple, homemade and quality food was born! Maurizio Dining & Co's mission is to share the passion and tradition of Italian food and wine where you experience authentic Italian aperitivo, enjoying small plates of handmade dishes and antipasti created by Maurizio with wines to sample from across Italy. Join us for a glass or bottle of prosecco, franciacorta or delicious red and white wines, as well as cookery demonstrations, wine tasting evenings and pop-up events.
