Just eaten the most delicious club sandwich and cup of coffee in a location I associated with ice cream. Staff were so polite and friendly. I was offered a 2 bread layer sandwich instead of 3 as is usually the case. What a good choice. The sandwich was filled to bursting point with moist chicken and bacon. Lovely wee salad on the side. What a great find!!

Normally the ice cream is stunning from here but my vinalla was very gritty and a noticed the girls had the tub beside the till.  Thinking nothing off it got home and found it to be very gitty like ice had formed in the ice cream only guess the previous night shut up didnt seal the lid correctly was a large tub so six quid out of pocket

Has to be the best ice cream anywhere, pricey but you get what you pay for and to be honest these days cheap is expensive so I believe in buying the best. The daughter and grand kids love this place/make. Only stopped in a couple of times for a drink and it was fine and happily would go again.Food: 5/5

I was on ice cream today with my kids and one of the server ladies literally licked her finger while holding my child's ice cream. A bit disgusting but other than that the ice cream is delicious. I go there a lot and has witnessed this kind of unhygienic service. The ladies are very friendly and nice but the management need more focus on how they serve customers. Dont touch money and then the cone and certainly DO NOT lick your fingers.

Visiting family in NI. Always make sure we visit Mauds Milkshakes are awesome!Food: 5/5

Lovely little place we found. The staff and food/coffee were great. Only down side is I don't believe they have a toilet for customers.Food: 5/5

Went in for ice cream but the freezer wasn't cold enough and was melting everywhere. The girl serving was unable to resolve and had to tell her what to do. Staff were neither helpful nor pleasant.

We had a lovely baked potato with heaps of chicken curry. Would def recommend and we ll be back when we visit ballyclare again.
