Would highly recommend. Prompt service, very polite and helpful. I needed a remote key cut and programmed to my car as my only remote key fob was no longer working. Having enquired at a Ford garage I was quoted £197 to get my key re-programmed to my car and an extra £215 on top of that if I wanted another remote key cut and programmed to my car. I called Chris at Mattlocks and he gave me a prompt appointment and had another remote key cut and programmed to my car within half an hour at a quarter of the price! It works perfectly and I can now access my boot and the central locking. Am so relieved. Chris also said not to hesitate to contact them if there were any problems. Great customer service. Thank you.
