Attended a party in the upstairs play zone area. Kids loved it. Coffee / latte a solid 9/10. Seating, cushions, chairs etc. All ripped and sinking in. Doesn't inspire me to rush back but was very enjoyable for the kids.
The play area is tiny and the toilets are like something from a grotty nightclub. The staff were really nice and helpful but wouldn't ever go back.
This was a fantastic place to play snooker with my friends, having properly sized tables that are efficiently lit up when any game is booked! The prices of snooker time were reasonable for the hour and additional half an hour that we booked, also the cues were very reliable. I was not too impressed by the service though, as none of the staff were there to take the balls when they were returned and one confirmed that chips are the least expensive cooked item even thought they cost £4.
We had our daughters bday party at Playzone and it was brilliant - I can't thank the team enough. They're so friendly and helpful, they take the stress out of it all. A special thank you to Tasha who really does go above and beyond!! 10/10 Thank you so much xx
Matrix Superbowl! 'Super'-bowl it most definitely is not! A high percentage of the bowling balls are as spherical as dice! They rumble down the alley, rumbling and bobbling like bowls off the Flintstones! Definitely ruins the enjoyment, and vastly takes away any value for money.
We went on a Monday night we were only people in at 8pm but had a great time
Reasonable and fun. Everytime we have been though we have to get someone to rescue the bowling balls. But doesnt bother us
Okay place to go bowling it's decent. However online booking system is a car crash as it's not apparent what to do. Been someone who is good at IT this isn't great. The staff were unprofessional and arguing with coustomers down the phone and are generally unwilling to help you it took 15 minutes just for him to check my online booking. Fortunately they sell drinks after waiting for someone at reception for 5 minutes whilst they hide in the kitchen and can clearly see you. However I did enjoy bowling here overall. I just like complaining don't let it put you off.
My little girl loves the softplay area here, nice and clean. Great little area for babies too.
This review is about the soft play area Beautiful play zone with plenty to climb for the little ones The space is well organized and welcoming, with plenty of toys and a wonderful play house The three stars are for: 1. The plastic toys were pretty ….. in need for a wipe, the poor soft toys need a wash as well 2. The lightning is poor and this isnmt ideal when you have children climbing everywhere
