Light, bright store. Plenty of room. Good choice of products divided between make, female and home. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend

The store has recently been refitted and does look somewhat cleaner than previously. One of the new additions is a parent and baby room near the fitting rooms. During busy times queuing at the tills can take some time and be warned if you use the click and collect service. Far from being a modern system, expect a clipboard of papers being passed from till to till to find your order, highlighters, pencils, reams of paper... then you get to wait at the till whilst the staff member disappears to another room to find the order. For some reason my recent order was under my previous name and it therefore took a long time to find the correct order within the pile of papers. I could not believe there was no computerised system in place. Also, if you return an item to store then be aware that there is no separate customer service desk and you will need to queue at the regular tills.

Store revamped, back to front! Homeware on left, what's that about? but worse than that women's section only 1 1/2 aisles, plus half of sale items, sure there were more before. But did get the item I'd seen in another store half price in sale!

Love the new store layout, very modern, easy to see what you're looking for. Also love the nurture room it's about time retailers started to accommodate breastfeeding mothers and parents with babies.
