Went in to see what the clothes were like. They had some nice quality clothes here and they were at a good price. It's worth a visit.
My 3 year old daughter needed the toilet twice whilst shopping in store and was refused both times and had to walk all the way to morrisons. Contacted hr and said they don't allow children in toilets. I find this absolutely disgusting as a 3 year olds do not have the capacity to hold on and when they say they need toilet they need the toilet
Always good service and reasonable price. Clothes quality is good but I don't understand why the sizes are too big? They should do a research about their customers. If they are stockings all big sizes clothes and they all are staying on the shelves instead being sold its not worthy for them and customers. House hold stuff are very good nice and quality with good price. I been today at Morrisons and seen Matalan doing click and collect service because of the National Lockdown. I guess If you order online and pay then you can collect from their store. They pass the stuff through the door.
It's ok but no upstairs fitting rooms now so wastes time as if it don't fit cannot be bothered to go back up for another size so looses them the sale
Dealt with my return promptly, it was quiet. Lots to look at in womens section, tidy and easy access. Fitting room was empty too, so very easy to shop and try on.
Nice store layout. Always looks clean. They have a good selection of clothes, but sadly no fitting rooms to try on any of the clothes. They also have a good range of household and beauty items, if you so require. Just be prepared to patted down and have your bags searched as you leave the store. They must have been plagued by shoplifters and now need the extra security measures.
Clothing range for we blokes can be a bit hit and miss throughout the year, overall though a good choice and they have sizes that accommodate we bloaters! The fitting rooms are by the tills on the ground floor which isn't clear from upstairs and there's two queues at checkout - one for the returns desk and one for the tills which isn't clear and can cause confusion if you're not careful. Biggest gripe though, as others have said, is their reliance on self-service checkout which involves one having to scan, remove the security tags and pack your own clobber. An escalating trend in retail since lockdown which is aimed more at cost cutting than customer service I suspect. Either-way, I'm not keen on it.
I went to buy a suit but I found the sizes very much on the low side. They have a range of clothes though but again they seem to cater for a limited range of sizes.
Pretty well stocked, found what we needed in the right size
Everything at a great price can't wait for the upto 70 percent discount we absolutely love it all always come out with a superb bargain
