It's great for reasonably priced cloths, particularly those not looking for the current trendy look ! That might sound sarcastic, but it really isn't. I think there's a lot to say for places like this, especially if you don't want to look exactly the same as other "trenys", just with different colours ! You know who you are (t** **n, n**t etc). Also fantastic homeware range - great for those looking to furnish their homes or looking for reasonably priced gifts for new home owners etc.

I enjoy shopping here from time to time, despite its reputation Matalan stocks a wide range of menswear and homewear which I've purchased. The quality, designs and sizes available are always really good, it's not quite designer but for a top up on good basic and everyday wear or something smart I would recommend. On a personal note their Christmas jumper selection is always good!

It's generally very tidy, easy to find layout and the service here is friendly. There is free parking here too.

Changing rooms NOT very good you shouldn't have to put your clothes on a DIRTY  floor needs a shelf or more hooks

Just a brilliant store to shop in  I bought  an item  took it home tried it on was too small. Took it back to Matalan   changed it with no hesitation  that's why I recommend them
