Been to matalan today to be served by a lovely young man til 6 ID 35 His customer service  is fantastic and he's such a lovely young man welldone even managed to get my husband to donate to a charity with a smile.nWell-done again lovely to see great customer  service

Like the majority of Matalan. They either have the clothes that you want in stock or don't. It's a 50/50 chance. Staff give out good vibes. Rated 4 stars just because majority of the time I go for something specific and it's not in store so I have to order it to store online and pick it up. It is an inconvenience but with today's society it's probably more profitable to have items made to order than to overload stores :

Went in today to get a couple of bits. When we got to the till we were pressured into making a donation to the Southport fund. I agreed to put in £2 but the young lad tried to pressure me into giving more. Don't expect this from a retail outlet such as Matalan. An explanation would be nice. Otherwise we quite like it

I bought some items from shop and quality is not good. Hoody stuff is very bad and the same day hoody is in very bad condition. I share the photo of hoody and bill as well.

I am so upset I never had a problem at matalan in my life . Today I went with my sis in law we brought clothes the young man who served me who is called zain was being very rude towards us he made fun of us infront of other customers who also were laughing. I have mentel health issues this situation has made me cry so much I will never return to matalan ever again. There no need to be nasty
