Nice new store, nice fitting rooms, and helpful staff. Was served by a cheerful young man. However, toilets for customers are needed. This is not the first time this issue has been raised. Also please review your Google page for inappropriate comments. Otherwise, it may need to be brought to the attention of higher up staff
Nothing special, women's plus size range has only a very small selection. Looked a bit like a jumble sale in some areas of the store. Not very convenient place to walk to, then be told that the public toilets are now closed to customers & the nearest ones are located in Sainsbury's another 10 min walk away back up a steep hill
I want to share my appreciation for a staff member at Matalan for her exceptional service. Arosa assisted my wife in selecting a clothing item, patiently finding the right size and offering helpful suggestions without rushing us. She took the time to understand exactly what my wife was looking for. On another occasion, when we were at the checkout area, she greeted us warmly with a lovely smile. During checkout, my wife realised she had picked up the wrong shoe size, and the shoes she selected did not have a price label. Instead of asking us to find the correct size, as has happened in the past, Arosa promptly retrieved it herself. She did all of this with a gleaming smile, and we genuinely appreciated her kindness and warmth. Thank you ever so much

Amazing place, cooperative team members, and asethic look at the beautiful location. Matlan is always my favourite brand.

Large retail shop, has something for everyone If not done so already please reopen the toilets!
Lots of bargains to be had if you have a good look around. Large car park. Sadly I really don't like the self scanning checkouts. They don't pay me to work there!!!! I bet it puts a lot of elderly customers off in particular, sadly a sign of the times. Progress? Definitely not imo.
Enough parking and is a large and easy to navigate store, some good deals on reduced clothing items too
Very helpful staff plenty of room to walk around it's all spaced out very nicely
