A very nice Christmas range and a tidy shop
Rude staff, you have to shout through a 6inch gap and when they can't hear, you naturally move forward, to be told to move back again in a rude manner? Is this how they get off?
Picked up some good bargains. Not all sale stuff. Looks good though. But the usual queue at the tills due to lack of open tills. That's a fact of life nowadays.
The store is laid out well, with quality products at reasonable prices. However they do get long queues especially since reducing the number of tills after their refurb a few years ago. This is not helped when they do have queues like today and have three tills not staffed although a member of staff did arrive to open one of these tills.
On Saturday 1 12 18 purse taken from my bag reported to employee who was manning door. He just shrugged offered no help. So reported in Waterlooville police station who were so good. This was at 2.30pm. .
Quality has improved especially in the home wares. Good value. Plenty of free parking, a nice spacious shop, and a pleasant shopping experience
Awful place. They tell you to go online as they don't have the advertised size/colour in store. But next day delivery does not include weekends! Order placed on Friday, extra money paid for "express delivery" but wont come till Tuesday!!! Shouldve gone to Next in the first place.
Always such a good shopping experience at the Waterlooville branch. I seem to always find what I am looking for. The staff are great too.
