Having a fantastic sale so many choices so many colours fit for all ages . Every thing you need for your holidays . There bed linen & house hold produce is amazing .
Used to be good, really good selection of goods. Not a good selection now, and what they did have wS rather cheap and nasty. Would help if the girl on the till did her job properly and didn't chat to another member of staff about her gas bill when I'm waiting to be served
Great shop, bright and roomy. Good range of sizes in ladies clothes. Also nice quality merchandise with a range from children to adults, homeware is nice too. Reasonable prices.

Hadn't used Matalan for a while, so had to work out the layout. Not difficult. A good selection of ladies jumpers but so thin, yarn too fine for our winter's. Christmas jumpers, have seen better designs. Miserable, dull, muted colours. Christmas is supposed to be a happy time, a celebration of Christ's birth. Brighten up, please.
Big range of clothes. Some at great prices. Don't be conned into expecting to use the money off vouchers. These only work on full price stuff.

Awful service..The Rottweiler older lady with dark hair who forces you to use self serve needs to retire. She clearly hates her job. Is most put out if you need to do an exchange or refund and need to have actual people contact and heaven forbid customer service..I have witnessed several times the way she snaps at people who struggle to use the self serve and it is appalling. We're not all trained in til work. Not the first time I witnessed this.. Several times I have seen her appalling attitude. I simply queried the amount owed at checkout today and she was most put out..I apologised when I understand the bill but the look she gave me.. A few months earlier, a young man in the tills did my refund/exchange then tried to move me on to self serve for purchase!! Left my shopping at til and then the shop! Need to learn about customer service in these challenging times. Will not be shopping there again..Very disappointed..Would have given zero stars if able.
