Do not let this rogue touch your roof, he is incompetent and highly unreliable. I hired him to cure a leak from two chimneys into upstairs bedrooms. His first attempt failed and so he recommended a second piece of work that not only failed but also made the damp in the bedroom worse. I was foolish enough to pay him for both pieces of work as he said it was his responsibility and he would fix it. He then vanished. I commissioned another roofer to undertake the work who had to replace all of the lead and tile work undertaken by Lee Masters as it was uneven and had not been sealed, amongst several other examples of bad workmanship. Worse, the lead back trays installed by Masters had been plonked on top of the old ones rather than replacing them, making a seal impossible anyway. I have asked for a refund but he has not replied. What a surprise!Service: Roof damage repair
