I went for my heb b vaccination which I pay myself.I was booked an appointment but then I re arranged it to early one . When I reached there, they did not put me diary page but I was sure that I have called them and spoke to lady.  They took the payment first and made me wait for so long. I was so fed up. Could not wake off because they won't return my payment. The staff is rude and not helpful. I don't recommend any vaccination to be done there.

I have been going masters pharmacy for years all the staff  give good service and are polite helpfull. The main regular pharmacist there is very efficient , attentive,  helpfull and patient and has listening ears always sorts out my query with positive result. If run out of medication sometimes and they give me emergency supply on weekend visit too. I am also reminded that my prescriptions are ready  r due for collection

Went for a Covid vaccine jab in the walking chemist like the nhs app recommended, only to be told to come back tomorrow morning between 09.30 to 12.30, they didn’t really care ‍ The chemist and app should state this clearly. No walk in on afternoons. Two buses to get there and a wasted journey. Would not recommend this place for your vacation or flu jabs.

Really happy i contacted this pharmacy. I struggled to get hold of erythromycin liquid and they were the only ones who stocked it. The manager said he will reserve a bottle for me and i came after work to collect it as promised. The staff were welcoming and courteous. Could not fault their service and will recommend them to all. Thank you again.

First time using this pharmacy. Needed to wait 15 minutes for my antibiotics and then I was given a box no pharmacy packaging and the staff didn't say anything.  Only 10 minutes later I realised this was 2.5 days supply out of my 7 day course. I went back and they told me they didn't have enough and they owe me the rest. I was due to fly out a couple of days later. Had I not known that it was a week long course I would have stopped my antibiotics after a couple of days.  Plenty of other pharmacies in the local area so save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I've been using the pharmacy for a few years and always find the staff to be very helpful but I must say the young male pharmacists with the glasses is a well mannered polite person always goes above and beyond to help me and always give me a great service when collecting and ordering my own medications and my daughters and my moms. If a item isn't In stock they go above and beyond to sunsure its in stock and delivered to them by the next morning which is always really appriacted! I'm glad I switched from my other pharmacy to this one as I cant fault them.  Thank you

My daughter Called today for tablets and they wasn’t ready   I then called the pharmacy to be told they would be available in 10 mins. After speaking to the lady on the phone and explaining I am shielding and in need to the medication as ran out she guaranteed   they would be delivered after they had closed by a staff member the same day It is now 8.30pm and chemist has closed  but I have no medication I am absolutely disgusted with this service And I will be making complaints as soon as I am able to speak to someone when there open again ……….  Today I received a call from the Pharmacist apologising for the delivery What surprised me the most he asked me several times to remove this review  to which I was surprised as a review is there to help others .  myself and my family have now changed chemist for our monthly prescriptions …  Yes delivery did arrive late but I wasn’t told that in the phone  I was told you had no driver and there was no delivery’s but she then asked a member of staff who said they would deliver them ..  this would not have happened if she was given the right medication the  first time she called , instead of being given half the order ,  it’s not the first time we have had issues. I always call the chemist prior to my daughter collecting meds and on more then several different times were told medication was ready for collection. , but when she arrives to collect she has to wait upto  30 minutes as the prescription hasn’t been done  and she has to wait why it is being dispensed .  We are no longer using masters pharmacy as I told you on the telephone we will be changing as this was the final straw As for being told to remove my review as a family we are shocked that you asked for this to be removed. As a review that is honest  give insight to other customers ..

Not very happy that the vaccination centre was closed on a Sunday when I actually had a Covid Vaccine appointment booked on the day. I had my 1st vaccine at the same place on a Sunday and the staff were lovely. Nobody contacted me though saying my appointment was cancelled or the place wouldn't be open today.

Went to Masters pharmacy this morning for a pre-booked 11.00am COVID booster appointment. The whole premises had shutters down and car park locked. The phone was on auto sorry we're closed please try later  Disgusting service, not worth 1*

Needed an urgent vaccination at short notice. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and arranged to see us on the same day. Extremely happy and satisfied with ease and accessibility of service. Highly recommend for fast , efficient and friendly service.
