Good fresh food but tending towards the expensive side. I wonder if they can make pies with flaky pastry, or only shortcrust ones? At least the shortcrust is fresh and nice, not hard like some.

The best bakery around, his bread pies and cakes are all exceptional, especially his cream cakes are to die for. I can easily say I can't find better in the area, the sandwiches are a bit on the small side and lacking in flavour but if I want a sandwich I would go to a sandwich shop, it's all about the bakery here, yum-yum.
Great family owned bakers. One of the best in the North East. 100% quality.
