Lovely meal, didn't book as we were hungry and turned up. Got seated outside as there was no room inside but enjoyed the meal. The only off putting thing is there were a group of people making a nuisance under a veranda in the garden. Otherwise lovely food and good staff.

A proper pub, with a fabulous menu, real fires, and a tremendous atmosphere. They've been doing so much to help the local community, too, during this dreadful year
Nice friendly place polite staff. The sunday roast was nice apart from the vegetables think they needed to be cooked a little longer as they were almost raw. I know it is always a difficult thing to do to please everyone
