I've been with Chris and his team at Maslins since around 2010. 

Having run a few businesses and had my fair share of accountant nightmares I can categorically say that I've never worked with a better and more client focussed accountant.

Every time I call there is always someone available to talk to and they are always helpful and patient. Highly recommend.

I've reviewed these guys on Twitter many times, but since I stumbled upon their Google entry, I thought I'd do it again. It's simple: they are awesome. I have never met Chris or the others, nor I do know any of their voices (mind you, I could probably pop by now that I live in Kent myself). Yet they can provide outstanding service, and they've helped a lot with FreeAgent along the way. Oh, and they sent me a hoodie, chocolate, and mulled wine on Christmas last year. Chris, don't forget it's going to be that time of the year again, soon :D

Chris has been incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout starting and growing my business. Nothing is too much, and the team are always quick to respond to any questions with clear and concise responses. Not only do they know their stuff, but they're really lovely people to deal with.

Chris and the team at Maslin's are superbly professional and proactive in ensuring Small business owners use finance as a tool for improving their businesses and not just for their accounting. The monthly fees are extremely reasonable given the quality of the service.
