We arrived late afternoon. The place was empty, but for staff, who were very welcoming. Our order arrived quickly and was very fresh and delicious. Fresh poppadoms and not oily at all, for example. Obviously a lot of attention and love poured into the food. Highly recommend coming to Masala Twist. Parking: The streets outside the restaurant allow for 1 hour free parking up until 6 pm.
Wow, my new favourite Indian restaurant for sure whenever I travel to Helensburgh! I have fallen in love with their food especially their lamb dishes. The biggest naan bread ever. I absolutely enjoyed myself Food: 5/5
Great restaurant, visited before. Specific mission was to try the lunchtime mixed Thali special,available 12 noon till 3pm. It was delicious and a snip at £9.95. A year on Thali price is now 10.95. but still great value for the wonderful platter you get. Even better washed down with a cool pint of Kingfisher. Two minutes walk from waterfront. This is a great Indian food experience. Visited again thurs 26th jan 2023. As good as ever Vegetarian options: Options are plentiful with a special menu section. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.

Went here today for the 1st time. All I can say is WOW. The food here is absolutely amazing . They make you feel very welcome and give you plenty of space and time to make your order. The food portion sizes are also very good and you certainly get value for money. Me and the misses will certainly be back.
Had some undercooked chicken in the biryani that was ordered, the naan bread was probably the driest I’ve ever experienced and the pakora was tasteless. Don’t know if it was just a bad night but not risking this again
10/10 For here best ive had in years and we go to bantawala in byres rd and masala twist hope st but this place best indian food ive tasted!!!!lovely welcoming staff too!!!!! If you visit Helensburgh visit here!!!!!
Service really good and food was amazing, recommend trying the Thalia lunch menu.
The food was absolutely fantastic, the staff were all great and very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that they gave us new cutlery between our starter and mains as this is the only restaurant I've been in that didn't give me fresh cutlery.
Meal was lovely and naan breads are a great size. £2.50 for a can of coke is a bit of a rip off though. Service was a bit slow towards the end even though there were only two other customers in. Would happily return here for a meal when in the Helensburgh area.Food: 5/5
