Great store I found for raw/uncooked seafood/meat & poultry. Different types of fish available, and other sea food - prawns & lobsters. Chicken, duck and beef/steak also in surplus…place worth checking out if you’re interested.
Great shopping experience. Well stocked and prices seem at par with competitors. Ample parking, next door is Tesco Extra, Nando’s etc.nthere is a cafe in the mezzanine floor selling chotpoti fuchka tandoori chai with furniture and clothing. Overall good experience in the shop.nNegative- staff on the till is like robots, very reluctant to speak let alone a hi hello. Staff on the butcher section is just similar, very withdrawn and unfriendly but I would not say rude, some might.nHowever staff on the shop floor is the opposite, friendly and helpful.nShop entry is very inconvenient, there are payment tills blocking the entry and exit, nothing I have seen anywhere else, in any other supermarket!!
Went there today on the passing, was pleased to find everything we needed and did even more shopping! Just not sure about the meat/chicken if they are stunned or not, so that would be my advice to find out. We didn't have time to find out so didn't buy them. They have variety of fish and vegetables. It's just great to be able to buy everything under one roof.nnThey have prayer rooms as well as wudu area, just so perfect alhamdu lillah. Was able to pray asr and maghrib. Also the place is clean, the toilets were clean too so no hesitation.nnThey also had a restaurant upstairs - chotpotti lounge, the food was amazing apart from the tandoori tea.... never again, sorry. Biryani, the wraps and wedges....all tasted to another level, definitely try it. If we ever go there again, I would definitely buy from them. To add, they have a snooker table, carrom board, nerfs and soccer table, just nice to take kids there, too.nnThey also sell furniture upstairs and modest clothing.
Ground floor is shopping for grocery, some household products like pots and pans, disposables, big selection of frozen fish and ready meals such as samosa, parata etcnnupstairs they sell furniture, customer toilets, prayer area and a cafe, the food service is rather slow but food is not bad, only tried the paneer wrap, which was 5/5 and the karak chai was also very good. There are some games table you can play, they have a snooker table, foosball table, air hockey and a caram board, although most likely there is cost involved to play these items.
Very good place. They have everything under one roof. Good service and plenty of parking. All round a great place to go. They have shops upstairs and a little cafe for tea, coffee and snacks. They have a prayer room and toilet facilities.nAlso sell meat and toys for kids.
