I love this saloon, Polish hairdressers( but not only) are amazing, professional and experienced and what important confident, also they are not very expensive, although not cheap either ;) Highly recommended!

I only go there to use Sunbeds,as it close to my house and its cheap.But i stopped going there as staff is so unfriendly and sometimes rude.They always busy with cutting hair,you have to wait,the only normal staff there is guy,lady are so unpolite,very unprofetional. Found new Sunbed and going to take my money there.Where at least you feel welcomed.

This is the second time I booked an appointment with John as he was recommended by one of my friend but same as last time he was busy with regulars who even hadn't booked appointment and i was advised to have my hair cut by lady she did a good job but why wait 30 mins and book appointment.

I usually get my hair cut here all the time. I have the same lady who cuts my hair which I love. This time I was extremely unhappy. I went in the afternoon and was time i was told to go back in a few hours time as they were busy. I got there and waited, but someoneelse walked through the door and she just cut their hair even though I had waited in line for 3 other people before me. So another lady asked "do you want to get cut?" I replied yes, but I was waiting for the other lady. And she says "well she's busy" in a rude tone. So she cut my hair anyway, and it is super choppy and doesn't flow. I am so upset with it.
