We opened our first bakery in Kilmainham in August 2013, after Luke Creighan, owner and director, realised that there was a demand for more authentic, artisan baked goods. Had a great experience today. I got something wrong on my order and Barbara was extremely accommodating in letting me make a change that would have cost me an additional few hours to sort out without the help. I ordered a Gingerbread House kit last year from the Natural Bakery as well and it was absolutely delicious.

I got the black forest cake for special occasion. It was burnt from inside and had burnt flavour throughout the cake. I was ashamed in front of guests. I tried providing the feedback to get some sort of reply, but they did not bothered. Waste of money, 7 euros Dunnes cake tastes far better than this cake.

Came here for a tea and the customer service was outstanding. The place is also cozy. I highly recommend

Just came here at 5:47 and the girl had everything closed. So I asked her if she still open, and she said no. So I asked her what time are they closing. She walked away completely ignored me so I asked again and than she realizes than I'm looking at watch so only after that she corrected herself and said she is closing IN 15 mins. I don't mind that it was TA it is understandable she want to close up the store but lie about what time are they closing and telling people almost 15 mins in advance that they are closed is not right. Won't be coming back unfortunately

I ordered the vegan Black Forest cake and my taste buds were so happy! Thanks for a great experience :
