Pre booked this service several weeks in advance to take guests to a hotel after my wedding reception. Booked for midnight and failed to arrive or answer his phone which left us desperately trying to find an alternative taxi. When I eventually got hold of him was told he had fallen asleep as he was overworked! Would not recommend

I've been pleased to use Martin's services ever since he struck out on his own maybe four years ago.  He's prompt, reasonably-priced, and perfectly polite and mild-mannered.  Except when he goes over a pothole.  He is PARANOID about potholes ;)

used Martin's Private Hire today and his service was excellent I called him at 20.05 asking for a lift from Ticehurst to Pembury about 10pm ish. I said I was flexible, he said no problem we got out of the Bell pub at 9.55 and Martin turned up at 10. Polite and very reasonable price. Thank you Martin
