I very rarely leave reviews, but given the fantastic service I received from Martin I thought it only fitting that I say thank you and leave a glowing review. I recently bought a car from Martin for my sons 21st Birthday. The car had a suspected oil leak, which left me feeling a little dubious, but my son was keen on the car and Martin assured me it would be repaired if the repair he had already done failed to solve the problem. True to his word when we discovered that the leak had not been repaired he picked up the car and made sure it was repaired and cleaned before returning it. The car is in immaculate condition and I would happily use Martin again.
Son bought a lovely Mini Clubman from here. Seems a good little runner although wants a few quid spent on perfecting it for him. Great to have a new member at South Lincolnshire Mini Owners Club.
Recently bought a car from Martin, really positive experience. Honest and easy to deal with and once we agreed on a price all paperwork sorted quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with our car!
Tony was absolutely amazing from the beginning through to day I picked my car up. Tony even held it for me as I went away for the weekend so I could pick it up on the Monday. Tony helped me with all the finance and kept me up to date with everything. I brought the Renault Captur 3 weeks ago. The car was so clean. Even to the point the car being clean when i arrived to pick it up. I couldn't highly recommend them enough. Thank you so much for all your help.
Recently bought a car from Martin, was a quick and easy process. They also provided excellent service with any issues or problems I had. Would recommend if you are in the market for a new car.
I honestly believe buying a good car starts with the dealer. Mr Maille Senior showed me the car and provided me with some honest advice, knowledge and remedial actions. He also gave me a good price for the part exchange. He was transparent about the costs with no hidden charges as well as helped me with the new logbook and car tax.
Fabulous ! Very Honest information from Martin. Exceptional service from Tony. These guys are a delight to deal with. My personal experience is they managed my expectations perfectly. They did exactly what they said they would do all in good time. The car was exactly as specified. I now have a great used car at a more than fair price. It was even serviced before I left with it. Another thing to point out. I'd been having troubles with a car previously so was hiring a van. After dropping off the rental Tony even came to pick me up at a location nearby to make things easier for me. Seriously ..... you won't find better. I'll always consider Martin Maile Car sales first in the future. What legends !
