We have nothing but praise for Jagdeep as during the whole process she kept us informed, answering our queries and questions. She was really thorough and we completed on time within a very tight timeline.

Steer well clear if you are looking for efficient conveyancing solicitor. Think I got a locum or graduate as service was more than poor - in the end me and seller had to jump in as well to get things done. Completion date missed even though solicitor had ample time to investigate various queries and do searches. Only did searches once I got worried and started calling more frequently, 2 weeks before completion was due. Searches came up with issues which delayed everything. We were chain free but still ended up with cliche house buying drama. Ridiculous.

I used Martin Kaye Solicitors for the sale and purchase of our homes and they were so good i recommended them to my parents. Their sale and purchase has just completed and again Martin Kaye were very good.
