This is the second time we have used Martin James and both time they have provided prompt friendly service. This time they refitted our existing fireplace and provided and fitted a new fire supplied by themselves. Very pleased.

Had a new fireplace fitted today, was very quick and great easy service. Showroom staff are very helpful. Fitters turned up on time in the morning and did a fantastic job keeping the area clean and tidy and taking shoes off etc. They are an absolute credit to the company. Fire looks stunning and the quality of the fitting is excellent. I'm very impressed with the all round service and quality of product I have received. Highly recommended.

Had a new fireplace fitted yesterday....quick and easy service! Staff all very helpful and not at all pushy.... Fitters turned up on time in the morning n then gas safe engineer turned up an hour after the fitters had completed.... well co ordinated! Fireplace made to measure as my chimney was narrower than the fireplace on display in the showroom. It looks stunning and the quality of the fitting is excellent... the integral LEDs look amazing at night time and show off the subtle sparkle in the white marble... very impressed all round! I've added some photos...

We had seen a fireplace in another showroom that we liked however the dimensions of it were too big for our lounge. We spoke to Martin James about the surround we had found and they were able to recreate the design exactly to a picture we provided. The installation went smoothly and the after sales service has been second to none. I would highly recommend this company.
