Rowan was very helpful and she still answers any queries we might have regarding our home.

We used the suggested conveyors, Simply Conveyaning and they worked as a team and the transaction was smooth and both Nat and Rowan made a great team.

Highly recommend, I would certainly not use any of the bigger companies.

I felt it important to share my experience to express how pleased we have been with the professionalism of two members of the Martin & Co team. 
 
We have had problems with a tenant’s unpaid rent which has spanned out over the past three month.  We have eventually resolved the situation by serving a Section 8 to the tenant and he has now left.
 
This could have been quite a stressful time for me to deal with, however, due to the excellent communication I received and the pro-active approach from Rosie and Rowan, I have felt in control and stress free.
 
I always believe in giving praise where praise is due and in this situation, this was definitely the case.

Excellent value for money! Martin & Co sold our house within a week, photographs and presentation on Rightmove were first class. Thanks to Rowan, Megan and Rosie for their efforts in seeing the sale through to completion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This agency are very prompt in their responses, clear about costs and timing and keep you in the loop with what is happening.   Having both dealt with them from a rental and purchasing/selling perspective I have found the service to be  excellent.    They are also pro-active with trying to find resolutions that are bespoke and not generic.

Great service from Rowan and her team. It has been a pleasure to deal with Rowan at Martin & Co. Rowan found me a buyer for my property the day it went live on the internet, 3 days later my house was sold. The communication and process has been really smooth, I've been kept well informed on what's happening with regular updates. I would recommend Rowan's services to my friends and family so anyone wishing to buy or sell a property just head to Martin & Co in Hucknall. Thanks again
