Nice people to work with. Good annual leave system. Pension benefits are good. Salaries are poor, and you get the minimum of works clothing. In fact, it's pathetic how little they give employees on this last point. Plenty of onsite car parking. Canteen facility. Good H&S ethic. There are opportunities to move around - there's usually a number of vacancies awaiting to be filled. Employee motivation isn't a strong point with management.

My Uncle Jim Martin was an inspector here in the seventies and eighties and always had good things to say about the Company, he used to run the football team at the social club as well now sadly all gone
Amazing company who manufacture ejection seats for aircrafts.
As previous employer of Martin-Baker it absolutely great place to work at the same time it was very sad to know a company which not just sells ejection seats to all countries in the world would understand people of religious faith or their tradition views. Unfortunately even in 21st century they have not accommodated a place within Denham for people to pray in there lunch breaks. Despite many people who worked there have raised it to HR and told we will review this and in discussion then everything goes silent. I have worked many places and I have never come across company where they don't have a small pray room for all religious faith. A company can pay millions to create a new building but no space for pray room makes you wonder what wrong with people
For the job they do. Any company that invest time and knowledge in saving life's don't matter what circumstances, have got my blessings. As long as the as passion and rewards are equal between product and employees, the rewards should be equal.
Inconsiderate to pedestrians forced to share the narrow road; do not stick to 20mph speed limit - introduced to address obvious safety concerns. Their ejection seats may save lives but their road behaviour is likely to kill someone.
This is a factory that makes ejection seats for fighter aircrafts. Well established and easy to reach from the main road. Parking is available for clients and are very efficient in dealing with problems.
Good career prospects at this company.
