This is part of MOD firing range. When shooting isn't taking place access is allowed along a very pleasant pathway along the shore line. Great place for a dog walk.
When the red flags have been out away, it's a good walk along the path from Fisherman's Beach to the Redoubt. Perfect for walking the dog.
Nice walk. Need to check the mod website for range hours as not always open to walk.
It use to be my favourite beach fishing place until the local boat fishermen decided to put nets 50 yards off the shore and in doing so , killing the pleasure of day trippers fishing for a fish or two !!
Shooting range is good but I don't think any public baths are there !
