Very friendly staff and beautiful showroom. I came here for a recall on my work van, and I was greeted with a smile and a hello from everyone I spoke to or dealt with. Random staff walking passed me were asking if I had been seen by someone already or if I am still waiting. They keep the customer fully updated with all the relevant information, so you don’t have any questions out of confusion. They also have a variety of vehicles to be sold, so if you are planning on buying from them then you would be in safe hands!
Part 2 of 2nIt really does baffle me why I cannot sort out everything on the phone with him there and then and he has to call me again.nnAs you can imagine.. that has pushed me past the point of reason with these people, to where I have had to call their customer support complaints team to get involved. I would no longer be willing to accept what Chris could offer me to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. I instead want this investigated, so I can be offered a suitable compensation offer rather than fuel that seems to be the quick go to as it does not require actually sympathising with the customer and resolving their lost faith.nnTo summarise - you are promised a lot when being sold a car, such as Marshall Loughton will be there for you and it's not just that they forgot about you once you've bought the car. I'll let you make your own mind up from reading this review. I hope this experience will warn people of what to expect and actually do something to get this resolved for me...
We bought a T-Cross from Steve Dampier Sales Executive two weeks ago and received outstanding service from him. Steve made every part of the purchase from initially showing us the car, to post us picking up the car a truly amazing experience. Steve was knowledgeable, interested in our requirements, very personable and his follow up with questions was second to none. He followed up with us after we picked up the car in case we had any questions or needed any help. We would be very happy to recommend Steve to anybody looking to buy a Volkswagen and will not hesitate to buy from him again.
