Worst experience I’ve ever had. this place wrecked my entertainment system while still under warranty. After which I confirmed that if the system is still faulty can I come back and they said they will fix it free of charge if it still doesn’t work properly. Soon after my visit the entertainment system started acting up so I took it back and they tried to charge me £3800 for fixing it when they clearly didn’t fix it properly in the first place AND after giving me a verbal contract saying that they would fix it free of charge. Not only that I discovered after taking my car to another Volkswagen repair they told me that a wire by the engine had been cut, which is what caused all of these problems in my car. This happened after my visit to Marshall Volkswagen Horsham. Tried to complain about the service to the manager in Horsham but he proved to be worse than his staff. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Make sure you record everything they say as they will claim otherwise especially since they do not have CCTV which clearly works for their favour as they can say and do whatever they please with zero consequences.nAVOID AT ALL COST!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! All smiles and politeness until you discover the brand new car they sold you is faulty!nit’s taken over 6 months for this to be “sorted” I was initially blamed for causing what is clearly a manufacturing fault and I’m still stuck with a car that, they eventually admitted, has a hole in the bulkhead which caused water to filter down through the dashboard into the footwell, causing mouldy carpet and during the colder months cause ice to form on the window see pictures below - but it’s ok because it’s been filled with a filler so it’s all fixed now - I’m not convinced and I’m sure I will have further issues as water and electrics don’t mix! They are uninterested and reluctant to offer a suitable solution that benefits the customer and instead prioritise making more profit from your misery than actually doing the decent thing. Please save yourself a nightmare and spend your money somewhere else!
I want to say a big thanks to Matt and Grant in the workshop who were really helpful with my door leak.nnI’d had a wet carpet for a few months so I decided to investigate it myself. Having pulled up the carpet and underlay myself, dried the car and located the leak from the rear door I was a bit stumped how to fix it. Initially I was going to fix it myself after getting their advice but eventually decided it was better they did it so I didn’t go cracking the glass. The first attempt to replace the seal didn’t quite work so I brought it back and they fixed it there and then. Great service and very helpful guys in the workshop!
I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Mashalls VW in Horsham. My recent interaction with them has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.nnCommunication was abysmal right from the start. There was a lack of transparency and clarity throughout the process. After discussing my requirements and preferences, they assured me they could fulfill them and proceeded to order a car for me. However, when it came time to finalize the deal, they suddenly pulled out, citing the car as inadequate from their perspective. This last-minute withdrawal not only wasted my time but also shattered any trust I had in their ability to deliver on their promises.nnThe most frustrating aspect was the false promises made by the company representatives. They assured me that they could secure the car I wanted, only to retract their offer at the eleventh hour. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.nnOverall, my experience with Marshalls VW was nothing short of a nightmare.
I shouldn’t be dragged all the way to the showroom for my refund! Left deposit for a car which to be brought in from another branch but the car had issues and I was told I had to come in for the refund of the deposit! Perhaps make that clear at the beginning!
